A seasoned operations and strategy leader with more than a decade of experience, Sajeela will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency, aligning leadership initiatives, and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
Sajeela brings a wealth of expertise in operations, project management, and change management, having helped tech startups streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and scale for growth. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a unique ability to turn ambiguity into clear, data-driven solutions, and will now bring that expertise to Strategos Group to ensure the company’s continued success in the education sector.
